Vulnerability: Chasing Fear To Embrace The Soul

Have you ever come across a child who willingly has a spirit of giving? They are pure to the world in their essence. They will give an unknown stranger a smile that lights one's soul. Give a hug that reaches into the depths of being freely, without hesitation, because it's inherent in their spirit to spread the love that is within them. They are untouched by the world around them. They have not yet come to the demise of the humanities of the nature of being a recluse; to be invisible to the universe.

So where do we lose our free spirit to share ourselves with the world in which we live? How does one go from being love in it's essence to locking it away?

Voices in our heads become the narrator of our stories. Weaving together a barrier that channels us to seek solitude in the hands of fear. Experiences, moment in time, and people we encounter that imprint layers of damage and destruction...........leads to a path that becomes easy to walk away from truth and reality. For it is easier to ignore and push down all the things that make us feel pain but in the interim we slowly lose a battle to be seen in our most authentic state.

Vulnerability demands us, requires us to lean into the fears that linger within:

Never is this more of a true statement when in a relationship with another soul. We show others the outer layer of our being hoping they will accept and love what is evident on the surface level but fear pins us down like a weight dragging us away from the light:

When we can be touched by a soul that creates a space of compassion, empathy and grace........we stop accepting those voices in our heads to settle and become the maker of our existence to self worth. We stop accepting the minimum to get by but rather we demand and summon vulnerability to be ever so present. Connecting us to the universe the way were made to be.

Find that special someone who will ignite your soul to live freely and in the most unconventional way. To be unique and live to tell your story and all its parts that make it beautiful. Let that someone be your place to come home to within your spirit to calm uncertainty with an open heart through love:

There is healing in unity of souls but not everyone is meant to forge the same path we are on. Distinguish those that are "Light Dimmers" for they will take you further away from vulnerability. Further away from love because they have not embraced love and all its powers and potential to set us free. Do not keep these people in your lives. For what is the value in having such a person who is unable to extend their soul to yours. They will only hold you back on your journey and vulnerability will never shine or give of itself in its truest form. Cast them away to the infinite space away from your growth.

Becoming vulnerable within our deepest parts of ourselves connects us to our right to Love, and brings us closer to the divine universe made in the light of love. To be that child once again that only knew Love to be the answer to everyone and everything around them.

Kierkegaard said: "Life Can Only Be Understood Backwards, But It Must Be Lived Forwards."

Live life examining all the things that lead up to the present moment for they have hidden lessons and purpose that is meant for something greater than what we could imagine. Be free of the chains that hold you back from Love and its divine beauty. Seek the authentic souls that will walk with you in your journey and take you as you are. Create the Love that you not only deserve but stand strong and demand it's presence always.
